Pet Policy

Renting a home is better with your best friend. We have the perfect home for you and your pet. Parkwood Terrace is proud to be pet-friendly, so when you are searching for your next home rental be sure you check out our fabulous homes and amazing amenities. Our pet fee is a one time non-refundable amount of $350 for 1 pet, $500 for 2 pets and $750 for 3 pets. Pet rent is $30 per month per pet. We allow up to three (3) pets per home. Breed restrictions apply, call for more details.
